Some sort of clever optical licence recognition and time matching. Note was in two different 30 minute spaces during the time.

- I tried to challenge a Brisbane City council parking fine in a particular location, their idea of the 'law' was making up their own and saying that they didn't need to provide photographic evidence of my vehicle. Looking back I should have challenged it, but decided my time was worth more and paid the $80 fine.

- They do not need to provide photographic evidence at all. Fines were issued for many years before attendants carried digitals cameras. Often the attendant will take photographs as a matter of policy to use as evidence of the contravention and service of the PCN. However that is purely an evidential matter and they can rely on the attendants notes.
