- I like to use Tri-X and T-Max 100 quite a bit, but I've been itching to try out Plus-X Pan. The only developer I have available is D-76 (school lab). I do buy all my own papers, however. What is the general consensus on Plus-X? In other words, how is its tonality, actuance, general look (all in D-76, of course). Thanx 4 any advice/information.

- How to develop old Plus X Pan 125? 1 week ago I shot a roll of Plus X Pan that could be 30 years old. I didn't realize it and just shot it as is (ie at 125). So now that I have it, and given I've only got Cinestill's monobath Df96 at home, what's my best shot at developing? push it +2 to gain contrast through the probable fog? ...
Is it safe to say plus x and plus x pan aren't the same?

- Plus-X Pan was the 135 film. I don't know which one was used for 828. I wasn't alive before it changed from (non-pan) Plus-X. Matt Photography is a complex and fluid medium, and its many factors are not applied in simple sequence. Rather, the process may be likened to the art of the juggler in keeping many balls in the air at one time!

- Horsham, PA Shooter Multi Format Jul 2, 2008 #1 I was recently given some recently expired plus-X pan 125. It expired in May of 2003, and was kept at room temp since then. My question is how to expose/develop it for minimum fog. The developers I currently have are D-76 and Microdol-X.
