- There are no stars under my photo. However, there are two stars to the right of the word "Annotation", which is to the right of the bottom of my photo. I have never been denied a visa. I understand those 2 stars mean "no annotations". Instead of the 2 stars can be clauses from the immigration law, like "212 (g) (2) (B)" etc.
